Refund policy
Online Purchase Refund Policy:
We want you to love your purchase from Magnolia Moon. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. You may select the method with which you would like to process your return: original payment method, store credit, or exchange. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and returned with its original tags and receipt. Shipping costs cannot be refunded at this time.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@magnolia-moon.com immediately with your name and order number. If an item has not shipped yet, we will issue a refund.

In-Store Refund Policy:
- Up to 14 DAYS after purchase: Store Credit or Exchange
- Up to ONE MONTH after purchase: Exchange Only
In order to process a return or exchange request, we must have a receipt AND all original tags attached.
