Sizing & Fit
Does Magnolia Moon run true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size, but because we carry a mix of brands, fit can vary a little from style to style. We note fit details on every product page (things like "fits true to size," "fits slightly oversized," or "consider sizing down if you're between sizes") so you know what to expect before you buy. When in doubt, that note is the best guide — and you're always welcome to text or call the shop and ask us directly.
I'm between sizes — should I size up or down?
It depends on the piece. Structured items (denim, blazers, fitted dresses) we usually recommend sizing up if you're between sizes, while stretchy or oversized styles (sweaters, knit dresses, anything with spandex) you can often size down. Check the fit note on the product page first, and if it's not clear, reach out — we'd rather help you get it right the first time than deal with a return.
Will this feel age-appropriate, or like I'm trying too hard?
This is genuinely one of the questions we care about most. Magnolia Moon isn't a trend-chasing store — we carry pieces with color and personality that are meant to feel like you, not like you're dressing for anyone else. We're not going to steer you toward anything we wouldn't put on a friend. If you're ever unsure whether something is "you," that's exactly the kind of honest opinion we love giving in the shop — and it's the same thing we'd tell you if you asked us directly.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside of Georgia?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS.
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5 fee; orders over $75 ship free. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–4 days, and USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 days) is available for $25 if you need it faster. Full details are on our Shipping + Returns page.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes — free in-store pickup is available at checkout, and most orders are ready the same day or next business day. We also offer curbside pickup; just call the shop when you arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it. Items just need to be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and receipt. You can start a return anytime through our online returns portal.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, so give them an extra look before checking out. Everything else follows our standard 14-day policy.
What if I bought something in-store — is the return policy the same?
In-store purchases follow a separate return policy — check your receipt or ask any of us in the shop for details.
Gift Cards & Rewards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, and they work both online and in-store — perfect if you're shopping for someone else and want them to pick exactly what they love.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! Our MM Perks program lets you earn points on every purchase (in-store and online), redeemable for discounts. You'll also get $5 for referring a friend, plus points for following us on social. You can join anytime through the rewards tab on our site.

Where is Magnolia Moon located, and what are your hours?
We're at 245 Market St in downtown Alpharetta, GA. Hours change seasonally, so the most current hours are always listed on our About page — or give us a call at (470) 375-3460.
Do you host in-store events?
Yes, we regularly host in-store events and pop-ups — follow us on Instagram or join our email list to hear about the next one.
Can I get styling advice before I buy?
Always — that's kind of our favorite part. Stop by the shop and ask any of us for an honest opinion, no pressure to buy. If you're shopping online and want help picking between a couple of options, reach out and we're happy to weigh in.
